Proton Pump Inhibitor
Each tablet contains:
Pantoprazole.....40 mg
PROPERTIES:
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor which inhibits gastric acid secretion through inhibition of the enzyme of the gastric parietal cells. This effect leads to inhibition of gastric acid formation. The drug is rapidly absorbed following oral administration, metabolized in the liver and eliminated mostly in the urine.
INDICATIONS:
Pantoloc is used for the treatment of Duodenal ulcer, Gastric ulcer, Gastritis and GERD. Pantoloc is used with antibiotics and anti protozoal for the eradication of Helicobacter Pylori.
