Objectives:

To achieve excellence and strive for perfection in the field of Engineering while providing unfailing support and uncompromising service to Production Department by utilizing knowledge and principle to design, build and analyze objects that includes civil, electrical, mechanical, and Instrumentation work in the organization.

Functions:

1. To build and Hire a professional systems engineering organization.

2. To build the engineering structure to scale and grow with the strategy of the company.

3. To work jointly with the production and other service department.

4.To create a technical resource plan by vertical and technology.

5. To monitor and approve requests for engineering purchase.

6. To provide timely and appropriate feedback that focuses on those things that will make the biggest difference in performance; reinforces efforts and progress.

7. To Measure team progress against production plan with minimum down time.

8. To lead cross-functional projects within area of responsibility.

9. To develop team members’ capabilities in support of individual career goals and team objectives.

10. To understand basics of managing technical people and the associated process of running a department.

11. Communicate a clear vision and strategy for the engineering department that inspires and empowers the team to execute within a common framework.
